One half duck, plump and meaty.  Stuffed with sage dressing and roasted until golden brown
and crispy.  Due to the extensive cooking time required and to ensure freshness,
we prepare a limited amount daily.

Wiener Schnitzel
Tender veal medallions, red cabbage, spätzels and gravy.

Braised Beef Rouladen
Served with red cabbage and potato dumpling.

Roast Pork Loin
Sautéed Calves Liver
Choice of crisp bacon or fried onions or both.

Tender Chicken Livers
Choice of bacon, fried onions or both.

Lamb Shank
Braised, large, tender shank with gravy and mint jelly.

Fresh Vegetable Platter
Each item is prepared to highlight its own characteristic flavor.  Served with
pasta, potato or white rice.

Pan Seared Midwestern Veal Chops
Two 7 ounce chops with natural Asbach® brandy sauce and grilled apples.

U.S. Choice Loin Lamb Chops
Two 7 ounce chops, thick and meaty, the finest available, served with mint jelly.

Barbecued Ribs
Made with our own special sauce.

Filet Mignon, New York Strip or Top Sirloin
These Certified Angus Beef™ Steaks are the highest quality, most tender beef
available, aged to the peak of flavorful tenderness.

Fresh Broiled Whitefish, "A Pandl's Specialty"
Always purchased fresh, not frozen.  We remove the bones!

Fresh Boneless Salmon, du Jour

Walleyed Pike
Broiled or deep fried, this sweet fish is a Wisconsin favorite.  Served with
wild rice and tartar sauce.

Mariner Seafood Platter
Broiled whitefish or pike, scallops, crab cake and cold shrimp.

North Atlantic Scallops
Broiled or sautéed with garlic wine sauce on a bed of rice or deep fried with tartar sauce

Jumbo Gulf Shrimp
Broiled or sautéed with garlic wine sauce on a bed of rice or deep fried with cocktail sauce.

Lobster Tail
Cold water lobster.  Also available with a 6 ounce steak.

Catfish Fillet, Sautéed, broiled or cajun
Farm raised, grain fed.  absolutely superb fish, delicate, moist, flavorful.  No bones.



 

Dinners include  rolls and butter and may include one of our delicious homemade soups,
salads with our own dressings, potato or seasonal vegetables.

Be sure to save room for one of our homemade desserts, made fresh on the premises daily.
